A special category of Literature in English Series is the Contemporary African Literature Series, which is considered be a series publication of the African Literature Forum (ALF), a not-for-profit organisation, established in the United Kingdom in 1992, which focuses on all aspects of African literature. A special catergory of the Ethnic Heritage Series is the Lwo Heritage Series, which is considered to be a series publication of the of Acholi Lwo heritage. A future initiative of SFI will include the publication of Special Interest Group Newsletters and Professional Journals in selected aspects of development-oriented areas.
